Privacy

myTeacherMD is an independent student community and is not operated by Mater Dei High School.

No sign-in is required. We store the selected category, message, reply choice, optional contact, annotations, status, private administrator note, and timestamps.

Feedback is private to only the administrator; there is no public lookup.

Raw IP addresses are not stored durably. A keyed rate-limit hash is cleared opportunistically after 90 days.

Open feedback remains while it is handled. Resolved feedback is deleted opportunistically after 365 days.

A reply is manual and optional, is not guaranteed, and there is no automatic email.

Browser-local storage is used only for locale and announcement preferences, never feedback drafts or contact.

Our hosting and network providers process requests needed to operate and secure the service; this notice makes no promise that infrastructure produces no logs.

Automated annotations use limited heuristics, can be wrong and do not guarantee detection. The privacy/legal category is an intake label, not legal advice or emergency support, and does not mean counsel reviewed the Site.

Never submit passwords, codes, or emergency information.

Your plaintext email is used only to deliver a sign-in code and is not stored in D1.

D1 stores keyed hashes of the normalized email, sign-in code, and session token. New personal-email sign-ins do not add a graduation suffix.

A session lasts up to seven days.

When configured, Resend transiently processes the recipient to deliver the code; this is not D1 storage.

We store review, vote, and report records. Legacy identity settings may remain privately stored but are never displayed on public reviews.

Reviews remain after mailbox access or session access ends.

Every public review displays Anonymous as plain, non-clickable text; there is no public profile.

A report row stores no raw IP address, IP hash, or reporter identity. Only the keyed IP subject in an expiring rate-limit bucket is retained for report abuse limits.

Disabled accounts cannot make changes.

We do not collect or store a birth date.
