myTeacherMD is an independent student community for first-hand, constructive discussion of classroom teaching and course experience. Describe what you personally experienced and keep comments focused on teaching and learning.
Keep reviews first-hand and constructive
- Write only about your own classroom and course experience.
- Focus on teaching and learning.
- Be specific and constructive, even when describing a negative experience.
Do not post
- Attacks based on appearance, age, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexuality, or other protected or personal traits.
- Threats, harassment, sexual content, or slurs.
- Personal contact information, class schedules or periods, private locations, or links.
- Hearsay or unsupported allegations of crimes or serious misconduct.
- Comments intended to argue with another review or expose another reviewer.
- Content unrelated to teaching and learning.
Moderation and its limits
Content may be reviewed, hidden, rejected, or removed under these guidelines. Automated filters may assist moderation, but they do not guarantee detection of every language or harmful statement. Manual review remains necessary. Hidden or rejected content does not count toward ratings or scores.
Not an official reporting channel
myTeacherMD is not an emergency service or an official channel for reporting misconduct. Do not use this site to report emergencies, threats, harassment, discrimination, or suspected illegal conduct. Use official school channels or contact the appropriate authorities.
